Over a few years, Rananda had some nights in the little Dutch town of Lelystad, in which he answered questions from attendants. By sharing his experiences, his insights and knowledge, Rananda always directed them to attend to their transformation, leading people into the recognition of where the need for healing takes place in the mind, their mind, your mind.
|
A couple of these teaching were collected in Rananda’s book, “The Foolish Journey into Fear Ends Here”, the Lelystad teachings. In this newsletter, all the content is from the so-called Lelystad teachings.

The quote challenges you to find out the Truth about who you really are. In the first beautiful audio fragment, Rananda answers a sincere question about ideas of sickness, death, and life. The transcript contains the start of the book, where a young man asks about waking up. The second audio fragment gives clarity about the nature of you, the nature of your mind, and illusions.

Ending the Foolish Journey
In this audio fragment Rananda offers great clarity to a woman who expresses confusion about how to deal with death and her fear of illness. Do we maintain the integrity of Reality expressed as Love, Wholeness, Unity, Oneness and Perfection or do we believe our experiences and thoughts that do not come from That. We have a choice in every moment.

Ending the Foolish Journey (Chapter 1)

Q: Remembering Who You are, how does it work? What do you remember? Do you already know that You know? How do you do it?
|
R: How do you not do it? What do you do to not remember? Have you sat with yourself long enough to prevent remembering when? So, if you don’t do that, then you remember. So, if you want to know what to do to remember, don’t do what you’re doing to forget. I mean, that sounds really way to simple, doesn’t it? Can it be that simple? That you’re actively wanting to forget? READ MORE

Ending the Foolish Journey part 2
Rananda has a single message about the Truth. In conversation with a visitor he explains that the ego comes with its thoughts and stories and gets frustrated by the Truth. And right there is the energy where the transformation will happen, but only when we are willing to stop giving value to the illusion.
