Either we limit ourselves to an illusory self, a personality in a body, or we accept the Truth of Who We Are, the True Self which is not limited by a body or a world of perception. Therefore, it is also said that it is the Truth which will set us free.

Rananda talks about that we are looking for a moment of transformation from being bound in the world to Our Eternal Self. Our Awareness of our false self has to move to Our True Self, so we can be with God forever. Is our longing for God seriously real? Because without that we have all the suffering of the world.

You Hide in The Body
A very compact and powerful teaching. Rananda asks you to look with Him at how you hide in a body instead of demonstrating You are the Love of Heaven forever. He encourages you over and over again to join with Him. But for this you have to desire the Truth more than liking the crappy things that define you being stuck in your body.
