Rananda often uses a quote from the course, "...truth is true, and nothing else is true". (ACIM W-pI.138.4:6) He reminds us again and again that only God's Creation is real, and that the world of perception is nothing but a dream, asking for our forgiveness.

We start this item with a quote about the importance of accepting the Truth. Then, a transcript of a teaching from Rananda about the Truth and that anything else never happened. Followed by a prayer for forgiveness, and a powerful video with an important question, "What do you do with your mind?"

Let's all be aware that there are only two options for all of us who get in touch with Rananda's teachings, or who are reached by the teaching of Truth in some other way. We can focus on what is unreal, or we can focus on what is Real, and let It guide us Home. Rananda encourages us to choose wisely, to be happy!

This short excerpt from a teaching of Rananda is about how we hold the pain and suffering of the body more real than God. “Truth is true and nothing else is true,” says Jesus in A Course in Miracles. Rananda: “So, is your body true? Is the body more real than You? Oh yes, you think it is. Why do you keep following the body?
