We start with a quote with Rananda asking us if we rely upon either our ideas or our Beingness. After that a short video about the foundation of awakening. Then there are some new audios added to the website, “What Are You Going To Do?” in which Rananda teaches about the beauty and urgency of awakening.

What Do You Rely Upon?

Rananda has told us from the very beginning the attributes upon which awakening depends. These attributes are determination, vigilance and persistence. They are not optional. Those who are sincere about their awakening need to have these attributes. Rananda also shares some of his personal experiences on the path.
